What is up with the 7 mill baru?

The normally 750k Baru has gone up to 7 mill overnight. Who Controlls the prices anyhow? here are some of the prices that have gone through the roof like The space shuttle Discovery.
Baruta: Before: 200k After: 1 mill
Scav: Before: 400k After: 900k
Orona: before 30k. After: 100k.
